Our warranty covers manufacturing defects on all new scooters/bikes for 1 year from date of purchase. If it meets maintenance standards, we will repair your electric scooter/bike and cover all related parts, costs, and repairs. If you need repairs or the part is not covered by our warranty, please let us know and we will do our best to help - usually we can diagnose the problem and send you a paid replacement part. If your scooter/bike needs to be returned for repair, we will work with you to minimize cost and effort.

We will replace any part deemed damaged during shipping. Shipping damage must be reported to cheevalry within 7 days of the shipment arriving. This applies to all products, including bikes and accessories.

cheevalry will request additional documentation (e.g., video) to assist in accurately diagnosing the problem and processing warranty claims. Most warranty parts are fulfilled within 1-10 business days after a customer service representative enters the request into our system. Replacement parts will not be sent until proof is provided to cheevalry

Warranty parts are sent using UPS First Class, FedEx Express, or DHL, depending on the size of the part. Warranty parts are not expedited.

Items including chains, tires, wheels, inner tubes, battery handles, brake pads, cables and housings, grips and spokes are considered wear items. These items will wear out under normal use and are not covered under warranty. It is your responsibility to replace and maintain these items that wear out. Any unauthorized modifications or repairs are not covered under warranty and may void this warranty. For warranty service, please contact cheevalry online support by email at support@cheevalry.net. Bikes or parts returned without proper documentation may result in service delays or warranty denial.

The following parts and damage are not covered under warranty:

Consumable items such as brake pads, tires, inner tubes, and normal wear and tear of all parts.

Damage, malfunction or performance issues caused by collision, fire, accident, environmental conditions (including acid rain, volcanic ash, sea salt, bird droppings, hail or UV exposure), overloading, lack of routine care and maintenance and/or other misuse of the scooter/bike for its intended purpose.

The following events or activities will void the warranty:

Exceeding weight and/or speed limits (please refer to product description for limitations of your model)
Exposing the electric scooter/bike or battery to ambient temperatures above 100°F or below 0°F for more than a few hours at a time.
Exposing the electric scooter/bike to floods, storms, hail or other similar events
Submerging our electric scooters/bikes in any liquid medium
Attempting to change the program of any electronic system
Improper battery maintenance

Warranty Claim Process

1. In order to apply for warranty, you need to provide visual (pictures and videos) evidence of the defect. Such evidence should be sent to our email support@cheevalry.net along with relevant text information.
2. If the customer service team determines that there is indeed a manufacturing defect, we will send you a new replacement part.
3. Replacement parts are only provided once during the warranty period.
