CHEEVALRY Electric Bike Refund Policy

1. Refund Conditions
Product Quality Issues: If the product you received has quality problems or manufacturing defects, you can request a refund. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the product and provide relevant photos or videos as evidence. If it is due to quality problems with our products, the shipping costs for return and exchange within 7 days after arrival will be borne by us.

Non-delivery: If you do not receive the product within the promised delivery time, please contact us in time. We will investigate and provide a full refund or re-shipment based on the specific circumstances.

2. Refund Process
To apply for a refund, please follow the steps below:
